Application Forms
Application form is the same no matter which camp you are applying to (S3 or S3++). It must be filled out by the student, in English. The electronic copy must be sent to summerschoolofscience AT gmail DOT com. The hard copy should be SIGNED and sent to the following address:

Recommendation Forms
The Recommendation Form must be filled out by one of your teachers (not necessarily a teacher of natural sciences). It can be written in English or Croatian. It must be signed and sent with the hard copy of your Application Form to the above address.

DEADLINE
The application deadline is May 1st 2010.
The electronic form must be received by this date. The hard copy must have a postal stamp with the date before May 1st (but it can arrive later).
